Pelican Landing

main

Pelican Landing is a master planned community of 3,318 residences on roughly 2,365 acres of land nestled between Estero Bay, west of Tamiami Trail (US-41) and south of Coconut Road.  It rides the boundaries of Estero and Bonita Springs, FL.

The community started with the first home built in 1989 and continued through the early 2000’s.  Owners can now fully appreciate the mature plantings consisting of live oaks, pine trees, and cypress trees that are intertwined with winding roads and serve as canopies over neighborhoods.
